Sunshine yellow

Hey guys!

This dress was sooo beautiful and comfortable AND affordable! I want to start doing more posts centered around more affordable pieces because as much as I love Madewell, Free People and Anthropology I also love finding more affordable pieces especially for more trendier things that most likely won’t make it into many more seasons (but hey you never know!) I was pleasantly surprised when I found this little gem so I hope you guys love it as much as I did!

Okay so I got this dress at Forever 21 and it is SOO comfy!! Now this was a little bit out of my comfort zone especially because it’s so open and I usually don’t wear stuff that has these many cut outs. I don’t usually gravitate towards this color either, but this season I really wanted something yellow for some reason!

So when I saw this dress and tried it on I decided to go for i, and I’m glad I did because as cute as it is on its own it also looks cute with a white short sleeve shirt underneath or a denim jacket over top! Seriously so cute!

I paired this dress with my black Brixton hat (AGAIN) just because I cant get enough of it, and I really wanted something to kind of break up all the lighter neutral shades also. I paired this outfit with my nude Sam Edelman sandals from last year (they’re my all time fave so I linked them for you guys!!)

I know it’s super cheesy but I’m really glad I went out of my comfort zone to try something new because I actually ended up loving this dress and it was so affordable too, so really it doesn’t get any better! It’s the little things, haha!

I got this in a size small and it fits pretty true to size, I also love that the straps on the back are adjustable so you can make them however tight you want which is so nice! This is a great outfit for the beach or even paired with a cute bralette and jean jacket for a more day time look, or wear it on it’s own for a more evening look!

Hope you guys enjoyed this post (I know it was a little shorter haha) and as always I’ll find some similar options and link them below for you all!

Spring Florals

Hey guys!

I have been LOVING maxi dresses and jumpsuits this season, they’re just so easy to throw on and elevate any outfit (so be prepared to see way more of them!). I recently ordered this orange maxi dress and it is fulfilling all of my boho dress needs, SO obsessed!!

I got this dress from Luca + Grae which is an online boutique by Aspyn Ovard and her husband (obsessed with their Youtube channel so you guys should check them out!!) I ordered this dress and it only took about 3 business days to get to me, I got it in a size small and it fits pretty true to size, sometimes I can be between a small/xsmall if it’s long enough (tall girl probs lol).

This dress is so perfect for those breezy spring and summer evenings, the tiny florals in it make my heart so happy. Because we all know how much I love my floral print clothing! Even though its got longer sleeves it’s super lightweight and the material is really breathable so you won’t get too hot or anything.

time for my favorite part of any outfit- accessories!! I had seen that the model on the website had a black had with this dress and I knew that I had to get one! I found this similar one by the brand Brixton, which was a little more affordable than the one online but I will link them both for you guys! (Lucca + Grae hat) I layered some gold jewelry just to give it some extra pop of color.

I layered a gold chocker and my Gorjana necklace, this necklace is one of my favorites because it can be worn 3 different ways! Its super cute to layer other necklaces with too, I got it in gold but it also comes in rose gold and silver!

Hope you all enjoyed this post and as always I will be linking similar stuff down below!
